Valid tickets or ticket codes are only accepted at entry. These can be printed or shown on your mobile device.


If we suspect a ticket/ticket code may not belong to you we may ask you to prove your identity or quote details from the original booking.

Tickets should not be resold or attempted to be resold and doing so is grounds for ticket cancellation without refund or compensation.

It is the responsibility of the ticket purchaser to ensure booking details and tickets are correct as mistakes cannot always be rectified.


You must provide the names of each person in your party, with full contact details of the lead booking for track and trace purposes due to Covid-19.


In the event of the festival advertised on the ticket having to be abandoned during the event (for any reason) the festival will deemed to have been held and no refunds will be possible.


Ashby Proms in the Park accepts no responsibility for any personal property lost, damaged or stolen.

Once a booking has been made the ticket quantities cannot be changed. We cannot part cancel/refund bookings and a new ticket purchase would be necessary if more tickets are required.

All audience members consent to audio/visual recording of the festival for publicity purposes.



ASHBY PROMS IN THE PARK RESERVE THE FOLLOWING RIGHTS

Check each person at security, search and ‘pat-down’ a person and check their belongings on entry to the event, including searching of bags.

To refuse entry to or remove any persons from the event.

Make changes to the schedule due to unforeseen/unavoidable circumstances.

Cancel the event for reasons beyond our control without notice and without liability to pay any person compensation or damage whatsoever.

Abandon the event during the festival times due to unforeseen circumstances without liability to pay any person compensation or ticket refunds.


YOU ALSO AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING

We run a strict bar and ID will be asked for if you look 25 or under at the door or bar. If you can't prove you are over 18 you will be refused alcohol sales.

No purchasing of alcohol for consumption by minors or distribution to minors.

The event operates a zero tolerance policy to drugs and dangerous behaviour.

We cannot be held responsible for the language, including swear words, used by band members during their performances, if any.

Strobe and flashing lights may be used during the performances.

Smoking or vaping is only permitted in open spaces.

Dangerous behaviour will not be tolerated and will be removed.

Some tables and chairs are provided outside and you are welcome to bring your own (chairs and rugs).

Loud music can damage ears. Please don't stand directly in front of the speakers. If you are sensitive to loud music please take your own precautionary methods.

The food traders cannot guarantee to cater for all special dietary requirements.

No pets of any type are allowed into the festival.


ARE THERE FACILITIES FOR THE DISABLED?

Yes of course. Please indicate if any of your members in your 6 need disability access and we will locate you accordingly.

Disabled toilets are provided.


WHAT IS ACCESSIBILITY LIKE?

It is an open space so you won’t have a problem manoeuvring around the festival or getting food and drink. You will be able to enjoy the music from a suitable location provided.

Please note that if the ground is wet it may be difficult for wheelchair users as we don’t use flooring.

We aren’t able to place wheelchair users at the front of the audience and we cannot accommodate ‘viewing platforms’.

We may have a firework display at the end of the evening - please be aware of any loud bangs and flashes this may cause. The use of fireworks will be low impact and low noise.
